The EIP Group (EIP) evolved from founding CEO Shaun O’Connor’s work as an English teacher and education advisor. After 5 years spent making his impression upon the Japanese Education industry, Shaun started the EIP Group (EIP) to serve both local and international students on the Gold Coast in Conversational Lifestyle English and Cultural proficiency. Subsequently EIP evolved into a leading RTO going on to achieve CRICOS registration soon after. Shaun is a motivator who has a passion for Australia's Education and Cultural industries.

With 14 years experience in the Education Industry, Shaun was familiar with the need for creative thinking. His ability to seek niche markets, select excellent qualified staff and develop successful marketing strategies, has created a company that has produced a new dimension to education and communication skills training. Having worked with teachers and students overseas for many years, Shaun identified a link between student’s natural skills and the skills necessary to succeed in an increasingly competitive and expanding English speaking world.
