Responsible Service of Alcohol SITHFAB009A

This course teaches you the skills and knowledge required to serve alcohol in a responsible manner.

You will learn about responsible service strategies; the legal obligations of bar staff and the strengths and effects of alcoholic beverages and standard drinks. You will also learn about smoking regulations and the benefits of responsible service strategies. This is an essential requirement of any job involving the service of alcohol to the public. It is also a requirement in all hospitality courses involving the service of alcohol and as such allows for credit transfer into those courses.

Courses: Every Tuesday, 4:00pm - 8:00pm
