This course teaches you the skills and knowledge required to provide responsible gaming services and to provide information and assistance to customers.
You will learn how to minimise harm from gambling, using discretion, judgement and teamwork. Focus is placed on developing a positive attitude to the responsible conduct of gambling in the hospitality industry.
The course provides current and potential gaming staff with the knowledge and skills required to develop responsible, caring and professional service in the gaming environment.
